Gasket City Lofts Marietta Street Gasket City Lofts are located on the up and coming Marietta Street. Hence the name, the building was a Gasket factory and these incredibly cool authentic lofts have 2 story great rooms and charming private patios. The Atlanta Lofts have incredible downtown city views from the roof top deck! Some units have the original art work still on the walls. The building was built in 1945, converted 1997.
